No, residents are members and are month-to-month
Yes, are utilites are included
Residents are members and must agree to the house rules before approval can be granted. Documented rules and infractions, and how each is handled, are within the membership agreement. A warning to immediate removal depending on the infraction. Members are not evicted; they are considered trespassers if asked to leave.
No, participants supply their own meals.
We do not provide any medical care or case management services. We do offer some job readiness skills, and chaplaincy services through a third party.
Currently, we serve Independant veterans, seniors, and low-income adults who are misplaced. All request are currently waitlisted.
Currently, we are waitlisting only. Once we move into placement status, it will be first come, first served, based on availability, and a appropiate space that meets the potential participants needs.
